I tried to apply for SNAP benefits but the online portal tells me I cannot create my account because my email address is already being used. I did not create an account using my email address and it's a relatively new email, it's only been active for close to 5 months, and very few people know it. I would like to find out if someone has created an account and applied for benefits using my email and my personal information? Because I am not the person receiving benefits, if they are being issued.
